Don’t let the thought of being STUNG by a visit to Humble Bee’s Pumpkin Patch & Halloween Trail put you off visiting. You can enjoy a DEADLY wonderful time Pumpkin carving, drinking Pumpkin POTIONS and EYEBALLING your favourite farm animals! Be sure to escape before the CHILL sets in!

On the other HAND you might prefer a SPINETINGLING time with Dave Marshall and his SCREAMINGLY good disco which will be held at the Evron Centre on Monday 28th October, this popular party is often sold out. Pay on the door for entry.

If you’re looking for a walk on the WILD side, then look no further than Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park, who will offer any BRAVE little DEMONS, FREE animal food if they arrive disguised as a GHOUL, a GHOST or a GOBLIN (other FREAKY offerings will be welcomed!)
There’s SPOOKY scenes throughout the park, some are a little ‘HUMERUS’ make sure you EYEBALL them as you hunt for clues in the Treasure Hunt (additional charge of £1).
Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park will be open for Halloween fun between 19th October and 3rd November between 10am and 4pm, normal admission charges apply.
Some EERILY and ENCHANTED fun can be had (if enough Ghouls and Ghosties get in touch) at Gristhorpe and Lebberston Village Hall. KNOCK 3 times (or simply post your name) into the letterbox of the village hall – IF YOU DARE! Prizes for best dressed and best lantern. Please make sure your little ghosts and ghouls are accompanied by an adult.

Bigger MONSTERS seeking fun after DARK, could well find TERRYFYINGLY MAGICAL AFTERLIFE on display at Hunmanby Sports Club when a Halloween Disco is held on Saturday 26th October from 8.30pm.
If CARVING and DINING are more your scene, head on over to The Belle Vue for a little Pumpkin Carving sesh with your favourite VAMPIRE but not before you’ve ENCHANTED everyone with your dance moves on the CAULDRON floor!

The Royal Oak are putting on a right Royal Bash complete with BATS, BONES and BROOMSTICKS at their Halloween Disco. With fun for all the family there will be prizes for the Best Dressed Table as well as a raffle, and games of musical statues and more.

Redcliffe Farm won’t be SCARING you with anything RED or BLOODY but they will be having their annual Pumpkin Festival and they invite you to come along and GORGE on the fun! As well as the pick your own pumpkin, there will be a Bouncy Castle, Carving Barn and a Witches Hovel* with entry prices starting as low as £1.
Pick Your Own Pumpkin prices also start at £1 for a 1kg pumpkin but if that’s not big enough for you, they will have some 20kg ones which are the size of a space hopper!

Playdale Farm want you to bring all, your WITCHES, SPIDERS and WIZARDS to their Pumpkin Patch for some well planned HOCUS POCUS.
Returning for the 4th year, the Playdale Farm Pumpkin Patch will entertain your little ones for hours. When you visit on the weekend of the 19th – 20th or during the week of 26th to the 31st October children will receive a free pumpkin which can be taken to the Carving Shed (keep the mess out of the house!). Have your picture taken with the Halloween decorations around the park plus for a chance to win a prize, see if you can find all of the white pumpkins hidden around the farm.

Hunmanby Sports Club (Sands Lane) will be holding a SPOOKILY ENCHANTING disco in memory of a very special little girl Elsie, and they would love everyone’s support. There will be face painting, hot dogs and a tombola.

Clipper Club at Filey Childcare, are running Halloween themed sessions for your little terrors to enjoy!
If you are in need of regular child care throughout the Halloween Half Term, look no further. From Halloween Crafts and Pumpkin Carving to a trip to Filey Bird Garden followed by a Halloween themed Tea Party. Finish the week of strong with a celebration of Bonfire night and making chocolate adults.

The Story Garden will be welcoming little witches and wizards with a passion for the outdoors to their Halloween sessions at the popular Messy Playgroup in Gristhorpe.
Halloween sessions will be run on Wednesday 30th and Thursday 31st. The sessions run from 10am—11.15am, the cost is £9 and £3 for further siblings, includes a pumpkin.
Spaces are limited so it is a good idea to message and book.
Finally, once you have collected up all your carved pumpkins from these various events, bring them along to the Filey Lions Pumpkin Lantern Competition.
The event is split in to two age groups, age up to 9 and 10 and above.
Bring your lanterns to be judged from 5.30pm on Wednesday 30th October to the gardens at the back of the Evron Centre.
